There are times when you just know things without knowing how you came to know it.
Ever had those moments? It's so hard to explain yourself when that happens. When you're asked how you know this, and what made you decide that. The truth is, I really don't know. I just know that this or that is right for me. I don't know the whys of it.
Maybe it comes easily to people who are super-connected with themselves, the quiet type, who are often able think for themselves without any outside influence. Ha.

There is a book about that, it is called "The power of thinking without thinking." A great read. I highly recommend it.
nope, it's not any easier for us "quiet types" :) but generally it's easier if what you know only pertains to yourself, not others, because then you don't have to broadcast it. lol
Lorena,
Thanks for the recommendation, I will certainly watch out for it.
Iktomi,
The difficulty is when others expect you to explain yourself. Or when you expect yourself to explain yourself, lol.
Lorena,
I assume you're referring to this book:

Yes, that's the book. I bought it for $1 at a garage sale, and sold it for $10 on ebay.
Very popular book. What's good about it is that it explains what some people call "psychic" powers in terms of the functioning of the brain--no gods involved.
$1! ! Good deal.
