Solitude is always a great teacher for me. I'm not a very self-aware person, so I really need time to reflect upn myself, the words that I say to others and the actions that I do. I may be hurting others without even realising it. And myself as well.
Solitude is my self-repair and maintenance time. I'm making a mental note to myself here to have more solitude time. I thought I already have quite a lot. But I guess it's never too much.
